Tech/Entrepreneurship Group

The Tech and Entrepreneurship group explores the various aspects of two closely related industries – technology and startups. We select a startup idea from our members and go through our lessons with that startup as a reference. Some topics we cover include startup pitches, ways of obtaining funding, writing a business plan, venture capital, the importance of marketing, technology interviews and recruiting, startup interviews and recruiting, introduction to coding lessons, and much more! Our group focuses on open discussion and hands-on activities – we don't just learn about business plans, we write them. This group is perfect for anyone who has an interest in technology or startups, wants to engage in interactive and fun learning activities, or has an interest in learning the basics of programming.
